Shipping Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, discrepancies may occasionally occur. In such cases, we will:

• Ship the available items immediately

• Notify you regarding the out-of-stock item

• Offer the option to await restocking or receive a refund for the unavailable product

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. These charges will be clearly displayed and collected with your payment. The amount displayed during checkout is the final shipping cost.

3. Returns & Exchanges

3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind within 2 days of product delivery, provided the item is:

• Unused and in original condition

• Returned with original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

• Supported with mandatory photos or videos of the product condition

Note: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and must be self-arranged. Approved returns will be processed as store credit only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3.2 Warranty Returns
We honor all valid warranty claims submitted within 20 days of purchase. Customers must prepay return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon approval of the claim.
Warranty claims are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Upon approval, customers can choose from:

• A refund to the original payment method

• Store credit

• A replacement item (subject to availability)
